Short, and in plain English. If anything here isn't clear, just ask — hello@ibcwickingbed.com.
This site is run by Phil Timms, trading as Farmer Phil Seedlings & Wicking Beds, in Central Victoria, Australia. We sell one thing: a guide to converting an IBC tote into two vegetable wicking beds.
A digital eBook — a PDF you download and keep. Nothing is posted to you, and there's nothing to subscribe to. The price is A$29.95 AUD. If you're outside Australia, Stripe converts that to your own currency at checkout and shows you the exact amount before you pay.
It's for your own use. Please don't re-sell it, publish it, or pass copies around. Sharing it with the person helping you build your beds is absolutely fine.
Payment is handled by Stripe on their own secure page. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them. Stripe emails you a receipt.
You get it straight after you pay. If it doesn't arrive, email hello@ibcwickingbed.com and we'll send it to you directly — quickly, and without any fuss.
If the guide isn't what you hoped for, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to justify it. We can't take the file back, so we're trusting you — which has worked out fine so far.
This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and any similar rights where you live. Nothing here takes those away.
It's a record of how Phil builds wicking beds, after 40 years of horticulture and 100+ installations. It's written carefully and honestly.
It isn't a substitute for your own judgement on your own site. The build involves cutting plastic and using power tools, and your conditions, materials and local rules are things we can't see from here. Work safely, wear the right gear, and check anything you're unsure about — especially before drinking from, or growing food in, a container whose history you don't know. What you build is your responsibility.
We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will never be wrong or never go down.
